Ligonier's first Multi-List real estate agency, Davies Real Estate, Inc., is now in its 19th year of business. The company was founded in 1984 by Patricia A. Davies and her son Ronald R. Davies.

Initially, the company handled only marketing of residential properties. Activity has expanded into commercial and investment real estate marketing, appraisal and property management, as well as exclusive buyer representation. The firm's upgraded computer systems with West Penn Multi-List access and a presence on the world wide web has enabled Davies to enhance the exposure of the properties that they list as well as provide immediate information on available properties to their buying customers.

 Brandon Yeager, is the principal of Landmark Funding Group, LTD.  I began investing in rental properties in 1998 with his wife, Annie.   As the saga continued, L.F.G. began to focus on 3 primary areas: rental properties, renovating properties, and purchasing non performing mortgages.
